Juneteenth Freedom Celebration

Special Juneteenth Sunday at FUMC Waynesville

Join us as we welcome into the pulpit Reverend Greg Gerald of Jones Temple AME Zion Church for a special joint service at 10:30am in the Sanctuary on Sunday, June 19th. We will still have Sunday School for all ages at 9:00am with additional coffee and fellowship in the gym during this time. If you are not able to attend in person, there will be a live stream of the service on Youtube.  (There will be no prerecorded 8:30AM service, just join the live stream at 10:30AM or watch the video later as it will be available on our channel)

The Smoky Mountain District & Lake Junaluska will present the 2nd annual Juneteenth Celebration! 

This gospel music celebration will be held at the Nanci Weldon Open-Air Gym at Lake Junaluska. It will begin at 1pm with gospel music, dancing, and family fun until 5pm. All are welcome!
