Roundtable Worship

In Roundtable Worship we gather in circle at a round table to celebrate God’s creation, our equality in Christ, and God’s inclusive reconciling work. Through communion and conversation, artistic symbols, prayer and song, ritual and silence, we try to sensitize ourselves to troubled areas of our human existence, to the amazing beauty of creation and God’s ongoing work of Reconciliation among us and in our wider world.

Roundtable Worship welcomes everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, political persuasion, or other human walls of separation.

As an expression of our equality in God’s love we are affiliated with the Reconciling Ministries Network of the United Methodist Church. We normally gather the third Sunday of each month at 5:30 pm at FUMC in the sanctuary, except in June and July. For more information, contact Bill Everett or Sarah Tippett.
