When we lose someone we love through death, each of us will grieve in our own special way. Some of us will choose to grieve alone. Some of us will lose ourselves in our work or hobbies. Others of us will grieve by talking about our sorrow with friends, perhaps finding eventually they tire of hearing our pain, not because they don't care, but because they feel we should be getting on with our lives. There's no set way to grieve. There's no set time limit to it. Each of us is on our own path through grief. But healing can happen.

The facilitator is Rev. McNair Ezzard, ordained in the United Methodist Church and a Board Certified Chaplain through BCCi, the Board of Chaplaincy Certification, Inc, an affiliate of the Association of Professional Chaplains.
